We are happy to offer free, fully insured ground shipping on all U.S. orders. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Where can I purchase VVRSE products in person?
At this time, our collection is available exclusively online at www.vvrse.com. We are excited to bring VVRSE to in-person events in the future. Follow us on Instagram for the latest updates and announcements.
What if I don’t know my wrist size?
You can use a flexible tape measure or wrap a string snugly (but not too tightly) around your wrist, then measure it against a ruler. Still unsure? Email us at customer@vvrse.com and we will try our best to help you find the perfect fit.
How quickly can my jewelry get made?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 1–2 weeks to produce, depending on the item. Estimated production times are listed on each product page under "Details". If you need a faster turnaround, email customer@vvrse.com before ordering so we can confirm if we'll be able to meet your timeline.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely. Just leave a note in the comment box before checkout to request complimentary gift wrapping and an optional personalized message, both at no extra charge.
What is your return policy? How do I make a return?
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery. Some items, such as one-of-a-kind pieces, custom designs, pierced earrings, and discounted items are final sale. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy page.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes. Follow our Returns & Exchanges steps and send the item back within 10 days for free resizing (you only cover shipping). After 10 days, resizing is available for a small fee.
Will my jewelry match the website photos exactly?
Each VVRSE piece is crafted using natural stones and/or freshwater pearls, so no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the charm and what makes your piece truly unique. While we can’t guarantee an exact match to the product photographed, we carefully select and pair materials to closely match the look and quality you see on our website. If you have any special requests regarding stone color or pearl shape, feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you’d like an update at any time during production, feel free to email us at customer@vvrse.com and we are always happy to keep you informed. Please allow 1–2 business days for a reply.
What is your warranty?
While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your VVRSE piece needs repair due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will repair it at no cost (you just cover round-trip shipping). For more information, visit our Product Repairs page.
Does your store credit expire?
VVRSE store credit does not expire and can be used any time at www.vvrse.com.
