Order Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take 1–2 weeks to produce, depending on the item. Estimated production times are listed on each product page. If an item requires more time to produce, we’ll contact you promptly and give the option to either cancel the order or proceed with the updated timeline.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at customer@vvrse.com before placing the order so we can confirm if we’ll be able to meet your timeline.

Once completed, each piece is carefully inspected and shipped promptly. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Order Cancellation & Modification
  • Order Cancellation – Because we begin sourcing materials and preparing your piece as soon as the order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. We kindly ask that you double-check the order details before completing your purchase.
  • Change of Item Size – If you need to change the size of an item, please email us at customer@vvrse.com within 24 hours after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if production has already begun, we will not be able to make adjustments.
  • Change of Shipping Address – If you need to change the shipping address for an existing order, please email us at customer@vvrse.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’re happy to help as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. However, once a package has left our studio, we’re unfortunately unable to reroute it.
Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary, fully insured domestic ground shipping (3-7 business days in transit). Express shipping is also available for purchase, with the cost calculated at checkout.

For orders of $500 or more, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you wish to request a signature for an order under $500, please leave a note in the comment box before checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.

International orders are shipped fully insured via DHL Express (4-7 business days in transit). Shipping cost may vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for shipping and all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We will pay for insurance. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means duties and taxes are collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so your package won’t be delayed or held by customs.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. The estimated transit time begins on the shipping date, not the order date, and does not include weekends, holidays, or unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier-related delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
  • Insured Packages – If your order was insured and has arrived damaged or is not delivered, please contact us at customer@vvrse.com within 5 days of the delivery exception. Include:
    1. Your order number
    2. Tracking number
    3. Description of the damage (if applicable)
    4. Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days and will initiate a claim with the carrier. Please note that insurance claims must be submitted promptly and may take time to process.

  • Uninsured Packages – Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please note that once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery lies with them. We are not liable for lost packages, damaged shipments, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are missing.

    To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend choosing a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance, and providing a secure shipping location where you or someone you trust can receive the package in person.

    Returned or Refused Packages

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or any other reason that renders it undeliverable, we will gladly re-ship the order upon request. However, new shipping fees will apply, and the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs.

    If no reshipment is requested within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package, we will automatically refund your order to the original payment method. Your refund will equal the total amount paid, minus the original outbound shipping costs (if paid by us) and a 15% restocking fee calculated on the total price of the returned item(s).
