RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 10 days. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: one-of-a-kind pieces, pierced earrings, customized or personalized items (excluding pieces that are only custom-sized), any items purchased at a discounted price, and items explicitly marked as “final sale.” Any piece that has already been resized or exchanged is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return or exchange again.

To request a return or exchange, follow the steps below.

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA). 
    • Email customer@vvrse.com to request an RA. Please include:
      1. Your order number
      2. The reason for the return
      3. Whether you prefer an exchange or store credit
    • We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with an RA number and shipping instructions. Packages sent back to us without an RA will be returned to the sender.
2. Ship eligible item(s) back within 10 calendar days of delivery 
    • Every return must include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email. 
    • The return package must be accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier within 10 days of the original delivery date. We’re unable to accept returns sent after this window.

    • Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging (boxes, pouches, etc). We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, missing components, or alterations.

    • Return and exchange shipping costs (both directions) are the customer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
        • We’re unable to refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. To keep your return safe, please package it with extra care. Include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
        • International Orders: We are unable to refund Import taxes and duties that have been remitted to the destination country’s customs authority. However, you may be able to request a refund directly from your local customs office — please note this process depends entirely on your country’s specific rules and regulations, which is beyond our control.
      3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing the exchange or store credit immediately.
          • Exchange – If the cost of the new piece plus exchange shipping is less than the original, we’ll issue the difference as non-expiring VVRSE store credit. If it costs more, we’ll email you an invoice for the difference and will begin crafting your new piece once payment is received. Production typically takes 1-2 weeks, after which the item will be shipped. For pieces requiring more time, we’ll provide an estimated shipping date at the start of production.
          • Store credit – You will receive non-expiring VVRSE store credit for the full value of your original purchase, including applicable sales tax. If we provided a return shipping label, that cost will be deducted from the gift card amount.

        ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS

        VVRSE does not accept return or exchange in the following cases:

          • The item was not purchased from our store (vvrse.com)
          • The return is not initiated by the original purchaser or by a subsequent owner who can provide the original order number
          • The item is returned from outside the country or region to which VVRSE originally shipped it
